Automate the ops work your team repeats every week.
Preview environments for every pull request, deploys and rollbacks from Slack, and scripts that replace the manual steps in your runbooks. Less toil, fewer mistakes, faster reviews.
The same manual steps, every single week.
Reviews without a preview
Reviewers read diffs instead of clicking through the change, so UI and integration bugs slip through.
Runbooks done by hand
Rotating a secret or restarting a stuck worker means copying commands from a wiki page.
Shared staging queue
One staging environment means developers wait for each other and overwrite each other's tests.
Releases need a laptop
Only someone with cluster access can deploy or roll back, even for a simple hotfix.
What the engagement covers.
- 01
PR preview environments
Every pull request gets its own URL with the full stack, torn down automatically on merge.
- 02
ChatOps
Slack or Teams commands to deploy, roll back, scale and check status, with approvals and an audit trail.
- 03
Scheduled jobs and cleanups
Automatic cleanup of old images, idle environments, expired certificates and orphaned volumes.
- 04
Runbook automation
Common fixes turned into tested scripts or workflows that anyone on call can trigger safely.
- 05
Event driven automation
Serverless functions that react to alerts, uploads or queue events instead of someone watching a dashboard.
- 06
Release workflows
Tagged releases, changelogs and environment promotion from dev to staging to prod with approvals.

- Deploy, rollback and status commands in your chat tool
- Automated versions of your most used runbooks
- Cleanup jobs for images, environments and certificates
- Audit log of every automated action
- Docs and a walkthrough of each workflow

Automation questions.
- Are preview environments expensive?
- They can be if nobody turns them off. I build them to share cluster capacity, scale to zero when idle and delete themselves on merge.
- Is ChatOps safe?
- Yes, when it is built with the same RBAC as your pipelines. Commands are scoped per user and environment, production needs approval, and everything is logged.
- How is the price decided?
- After a short call I send a written scope and a fixed quote. No hourly surprises, and nothing starts until you have agreed the scope.
- Can you automate something that is not on this list?
- Probably. If a person does it the same way every week, it is a good candidate. Bring the list to the call.
