Kubernetes consulting for AKS, EKS and GKE.

Clusters that are secure, upgradable and cheap to run. I operate four production AKS clusters for an AI platform today. I set yours up, harden them and move your deploys to GitOps so releases stop being a risk.

the problem

Kubernetes was meant to make things easier.

  • Upgrades nobody wants to touch

The cluster is a few versions behind and every upgrade feels like it could break production.

  • Deploys depend on one person

Releases happen through kubectl on one laptop instead of a repeatable pipeline.

  • The cloud bill keeps growing

Nodes are oversized, nothing autoscales and nobody knows which service costs what.

  • Security is an afterthought

Wide RBAC, secrets in plain manifests and no network policies between services.

what I do

What the engagement covers.

  1. 01

    Cluster setup

Production ready AKS, EKS or GKE with networking, ingress, DNS and TLS done properly.

  2. 02

    Hardening

RBAC, network policies, pod security, workload identity and secrets from a vault.

  3. 03

    GitOps

ArgoCD or Flux so every change is a pull request with a clear rollback path.

  4. 04

    Autoscaling

HPA, cluster autoscaler or KEDA tuned to real traffic, plus right sized node pools.

  5. 05

    Upgrades

Planned version upgrades with a tested runbook and no surprise downtime.

  6. 06

    Observability

Metrics, logs and alerts wired into Grafana so problems show up before users notice.

faq

Kubernetes questions.

Can you take over an existing cluster?
Yes. Most engagements start with an audit of what is already running, then a plan to fix it without downtime.
Do we need Kubernetes at all?
Not always. If a simpler setup fits your team better, I will tell you during the discovery call.
How is the price decided?
After a short call I send a written scope and a fixed quote. No hourly surprises, and nothing starts until you have agreed the scope.
Will my team be able to run it afterwards?
That is the goal. You get documentation, runbooks and a walkthrough, and a retainer is available if you want ongoing help.

Let us look at your cluster together.

Tell me about your setup and I will send a written scope and a fixed quote.
