A DevOps audit that tells you what to fix first.
In about a week I review your cloud, clusters, pipelines, monitoring and security, then hand you a written report with findings ranked by risk and effort. It is the best first step before any bigger project.
You know something is off, but not where to start.
Inherited infrastructure
The person who built it left, and nobody is confident about how it all fits together.
Too many priorities
Security, cost, reliability and speed all need work and every one feels urgent.
Investor or customer questions
Due diligence or a security questionnaire is asking things you cannot answer yet.
No outside view
The team is too close to the setup to see which problems actually matter.
What the engagement covers.
- 01
Cloud and network review
Accounts, networking, identity, public exposure and backup setup.
- 02
Kubernetes review
Cluster versions, RBAC, workloads, resources, autoscaling and upgrade readiness.
- 03
Pipeline review
How code gets to production, how long it takes and what can go wrong on the way.
- 04
Observability review
What is monitored, what is missing and whether alerts reach the right people.
- 05
Security review
Secrets, access, patching, scanning and gaps against ISO 27001 technical controls.
- 06
Cost review
The biggest cost drivers and the quickest safe savings.
What you get at the end

- A prioritized 30, 60 and 90 day roadmap
- Quick wins you can apply straight away

Audit questions.
- What access do you need?
- Read only access to your cloud accounts, clusters and repositories. Nothing is changed during the audit.
- What happens after the audit?
- You keep the report and roadmap. You can fix things yourselves, or I can quote for the parts you want help with.
- How is the price decided?
- After a short call I send a written scope and a fixed quote. No hourly surprises, and nothing starts until you have agreed the scope.
- Is this the same as a pentest?
- No. A pentest attacks your application. The audit reviews how your infrastructure and delivery are set up, including security.
proof and reading
Start with a clear picture.
Tell me about your setup and I will send a scope and a fixed quote for the audit.
